OSCAR NOTICE - Issue with PDF Conversion of Letters Created in Online Editor

August 27th Notice - The OSCAR System is currently experiencing problems with the .pdf conversion of cover letters letters created in the online editor. The programmers are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. Once this issue has been rectified, a notice will be posted. Thank you for your patience at this time. OSCAR Support.
cover letter issue update
is there a time-frame for this issues resolution? and should we wait until the problem is resolved to upload any more cover letters, as the deadline is approaching soon.
The problem has been corrected
This issue was resolved today. There were some recommendation letters that could not be properly converted. In these cases the offending letter was deleted and the recommender was notified of the problem.

I'm still experiencing the same issue with conversion of cover letters from the online editor.
Formatting Issues
The formatting issues have been resolved. At this point, if you are still having problems you should consider uploading PDF versions of the cover letters.

Does the .pdf conversion problem apply to recommender ltrs also?
I assisted one of my recommenders today with uploading her LORs using the on-line editor -- and she is now out on vacation until the 3rd. As I can't see her LORs in my applications, I have no idea if her letters are there or not (except for the "pending" status)...
