Is there a way to submit an application for which you have recommendation letters uploaded without including those recommendation letters?  For example, some judges state that they are only interested in seeing recommendations in the event the applicant secures an interview.  When the applicant finalizes the application, thereby releasing it to the judge, is there any way to do so without having the letters go along with the applicaiton - essentially leaving them there in case the judge wants to see them later?  Thank you.
