System Will Not Save Application

Despite several efforts at using the new procedure for building an application, every time I hit "confirm" the system loses my application and it appears as if I never created one at all. There does not seem to be anything in the Help menu to address this issue. Is this a new glitch in the system?

Application not saving
I am having a similar problem as someone who previously posted on this board. When I log into OSCAR, it lets me build one application. However, when I click on a judge to try and build a second application, it says that I have already created an application for this judge (which I haven't). I try and save the second application anyway, but it doesn't save and it looks as though I only have one application made.
