OSCAR Version 4 Announcement

In June 2007, the Judicial Conference Committee on Judicial Resources endorsed the On-line System for Clerkship Application and Review (OSCAR) as a non-mandatory, nationally supported law clerk application system. A new and improved OSCAR Version 4 will be unveiled on Monday, May 5, 2008. This new OSCAR version will incorporate all functionalities previously provided by the Federal Law Clerk Information System (FLCIS) and, as a result, FLCIS will sunset on Friday, May 2, 2008.
